Our Vineyard
Since planting our first vines in 2017, we’ve been committed to growing exceptional estate-grown fruit through thoughtful farming, careful stewardship, and deep respect for the land. Every season presents new opportunities to learn, adapt, and improve, and every vintage reflects that journey. Every bottle begins here, allowing each vintage to tell the story of the same vineyard, season after season.
Grapes
Every wine in the Nabors Creek collection is crafted exclusively from fruit grown on our estate. Across our 23-acre vineyard, we cultivate eight carefully selected varieties: Trebbiano, Carignane, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Grenache Noir, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot, and Aglianico. Together, these grapes provide the foundation for every wine we produce, whether enjoyed on their own or thoughtfully blended to create balanced, expressive wines.
Terrior
The character of Nabors Creek begins in the land itself. Guided by our viticulture team, every variety was selected because it thrives in our unique soils, climate, and growing conditions. Rather than asking the land to adapt to the vines, we planted grapes best suited to our terroir.
That connection gives every bottle a true sense of place. Each vintage reflects the character of our estate, shaped by the vineyard from vine to bottle.
Estate-Grown
Estate-grown is more than a designation—it’s our philosophy. Every grape is grown here on our 23-acre estate vineyard, allowing us to care for the fruit from planting through harvest and into every bottle we produce.
